Instructions for NICB Document Download Center

Signing up for an account: To sign up for an account, click the "Sign Up" link in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Fill in the information in the form. Please use your company email address and then choose your parent/member company from the "Company" dropdown list. If you are not sure of your parent/member company, click the "lookup" link to find your company in the list that will appear in a new window. Be sure you read and agree to the terms and conditions by clicking on the check mark box at the top of the form.

Once you have completed and submitted the sign up form, you will receive a confirmation email, then another email once your account is approved and activated. If you don't see the initial email within a few minutes, be sure to check your junk email folder in case your email program puts it there by mistake.

Once you have signed up for an account, you should always use the "Member Login" button. Do not create more than one account.
