Firefighters arrived at 5:51 a.m. and managed to control the blaze by 6:13 a.m. One adult male resident was seriously injured and transported to the hospital. A family of four was displaced.
At 6:04 a.m., fire crews were dispatched to another fire on Turners Ridge Drive NW. The fire was controlled by 6:20 a.m. One person sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Four adults and two minors were displaced.
