HARRISBURG – Attorney General Josh Shapiro and Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub today announced the arrest of a Quakertown doctor following two separate investigations into forged prescriptions and a faked disability claim.
Dr. Gregory Grabon, 43, was taken into custody this morning by the Quakertown Police Department, Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, and the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office and charged with insurance fraud, forgery, identity theft, theft by deception, and violations of the Controlled Substances Act.
The Office of Attorney General investigated Grabon’s insurance fraud while the Bucks County DA and Quakertown PD probed his forged drug prescription forms to obtain Controlled Substances for his own use.
