Roger Van Horn is Vice President of Risk Management for Enterprise Mobility. In his position, Van Horn is responsible for supporting the company’s operational risk management functions. These field-based teams are responsible for supporting their locations in the area of underwriting, employee safety and asset protection. Van Horn is also responsible for the Damage Recovery Units and Corporate Security which are shared services that provide damage recovery and security and investigative support to the operating groups.  

Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions including car rental, fleet management, carsharing, vanpooling, truck rental, luxury rental, retail car sales and vehicle subscription, as well as travel management and other transportation technology services and solutions, to make travel easier and more convenient for customers. Enterprise Mobility, inclusive of its subsidiaries and franchisees, and affiliate, Enterprise Fleet Management, manage a diverse fleet of 2.3 million vehicles through an integrated network of nearly 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility manages the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo brands. 

Van Horn began his Enterprise career in Los Angeles as a Claims Examiner in 1987 after graduating from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins Colorado. Van Horn’s career has taken him to San Diego, Northeast Ohio, Phoenix and New York all within the risk management and claims operations. In 2001, Van Horn moved to St. Louis to take on the role of Corporate Loss Control Manager providing corporate support for the Global operations. At the time all PD related claim activity resided in the operational groups. In 2008 Van Horn restructured the PD claims organization in North America with the creation of the Damage Recovery Unit that has provided quality claims services to the operating groups.
